Razer 4G Dual Sensor technology announced

Razer has just announced its latest 4G Dual Sensor gaming-grade tracking technology that will see action in the next generation versions of the Razer Mamba (as seen above) and Razer Imperator gaming mice. The 4G Dual Sensor System will not only use an optical sensor, but it will also utilize a laser sensor that will enhance tracking accuracy, where Razer envisions this to deliver the next level of competitive edge in gaming.

Guess phones aren't the only ones that are taking the 4G route, no? Both the Razer Mamba and Razer Imperator will also enter the 4G realm, albeit of a different manner since they will now sport the 4G suffix in their names with the new technology inside.

More on the 4G Dual Sensor System – as mentioned, it will merge the optical and laser sensors, theoretically delivering double the level of tracking precision. By letting the calibration of the mouse to your mousing surface, it will be primed to optimally track your swipes more rapidly and accurately, resulting in the best in-game performance to date. Remember, if your gaming performance does not get any better with this, you know that the tools are not to be blamed.
